Lily Warne Wool

From this...

...to this

Made with gorgeous locally produced wool from pedigree Dartmoor Greyfaced Sheep.
The yarn is also spun and dyed locally and the shades are all named after Dartmoor localities.
It was lovely to work with and felted beautifully as you can see from the photos. Yummy.

Evening Bag

 Another ugly duckling for felting

Knitted with 100% pure wool in black and King Cole Galaxy this big old monstrosity was knitted on an 8mm circular needle.

However...very pleased with the result after felting, and finished off by adding a plain black button.

Think I might try mixing other Galaxy colours with black wool as this makes a pretty and very different evening bag.
