This short video shows one way to attach handles to a knitted/felted bag. 

It was knitted in these colours for a friend of mine who is an avid Plymouth Argyle fan.

The before and after shots really show the difference in size of the bag after the felting process.

This one was a special request from a PAFC fan.

Turned out quite well I think.

 Another ugly duckling for felting

Knitted with 100% pure wool in black and King Cole Galaxy this big old monstrosity was knitted on an 8mm circular needle.

However...very pleased with the result after felting, and finished off by adding a plain black button.

Think I might try mixing other Galaxy colours with black wool as this makes a pretty and very different evening bag.
